Renting one of our properties is an easy, stress-free process and we’re sure there is one that will meet your needs and desires.
The first step in renting one of our properties here at MPS is to see what is available. You can review a list of our available properties for rent here and determine which ones meet your particular needs and criteria. You’ll be able to review properties via virtual tour to familiarize yourself with all the great neighborhood data. This includes info about schools, restaurants, and other community amenities.
After you’ve seen some options on the web, we suggest you hop in the car and take a drive. It’s only by experiencing the neighborhoods and areas firsthand can you really see if they will be a good fit for you. You can also call our office to schedule an appointment or send us an email.
Metro Property Services maintains the following hours for showing properties:
Monday through Friday – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday – By appointment
The next step is completing an application. This is when you’ll also provide us with the necessary documentation such as income, including two recent pay stubs or two months of bank statements. You can feel confident that any personal data or information you share with us is kept secure. We will never share this info for any purpose other than to complete a background check.
After everything is approved, we hold your property with a security deposit. You can sign your lease electronically (a convenience our tenants greatly appreciate) and move in!
