Requesting Maintenance

Metropolitan Property Services wants to ensure that your maintenance request is promptly acted upon, that you get a response and follow up, and that the correct maintenance vendor(s) are directed to your property. It’s for this reason that we require all maintenance requests to be made in writing through the Tenant’s Portal.

To register a request access your tenant portal and choose maintenance request; be certain to include the following:

  1. A complete and thorough description of the issue, such as the location of the issue and what the current state of the disruption to the area might be.
  2. If the issue happens to be with an appliance, such as a refrigerator, stove or other essential appliance please include the manufacturer name and model number (if available) in your request.
  3. Submit a complete request for each individual maintenance issue. It is most helpful if you attach a picture of the problem/condition.
  4. Make sure our staff has accurate and current contact information, to ensure that vendor(s) are able to get in touch with you to schedule an appointment.
