Finding the appropriate and qualified tenant is our goal. The MPS team strives to craft a professional tenant/landlord relationship that will be beneficial to all parties involved. A prosperous tenant/landlord relationship reduces vacancy, and thereby increases your profits by creating long-term tenancy with happy tenants.

When a prospective tenant is interested in a rental property, MPS requires that an application be completed by each adult over 18-years of age that will be living at the property. Each adult tenant is then screened for a variety of factors before you even see the application to approve.

Once a tenant is approved and meets all requirements, MPS will prepare all leasing documents and present them to both yourself and the tenant for signatures.
