MPS offers every tenant state-of-the-art access to a tenant portal, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. It’s simple to complete rent payments or request maintenance from the comfort of your own home or the convenience of your mobile device.
You have two options to pay your rent to Metropolitan Property Services; electronically or by check. We encourage all tenants to utilize the on-line tenant portal as it’s the quickest and most convenient option. Remember, all rent is due on the first, even if the first is a weekend or holiday. Please make sure your rent is received by the first in order to avoid late fees.
- Pay via our convenient on-line payment system. The most used is the ACH method whereby you authorize a funds transfer on a date set by you. MPS does not debit or charge your account; you approve the payment. Through the tenant portal you can also pay by credit card (charges apply).
- Mail your monthly rent check to our office to the address below. Please be sure to include the address you are paying rent for in the memo section on your check.
